Get our free app here

Our free Heathrow app tells you everything you need to know
about your flight and the airport:

  • your flight's status
  • which terminal
  • how to get to the airport
  • car park booking
  • terminal maps

Download it before you set off to have your whole journey
at your fingertips.

Book your parking here and save

A smoother journey starts when you book your parking space in advance. We’ve wide family spaces, our car parks are the closest - and you can save time and money when you book online.

Reserve & Collect

One of our best-kept secrets is Reserve & Collect. Browse our collection online and reserve an item to pick up when you get through to departures.

Make the most of airport prices by reserving that high tech gadget - or arrange to have baby milk waiting for you after security.

Just get in touch with us at genres_collect@baa.com

Ask us a question

Our Facebook page and Twitter feeds are a great place for asking us questions. Plus on Facebook you can share your tips, photos and adventures with fellow travellers and put any questions out there. And if you can help a fellow traveller and beat us to it,
don’t be shy!

Helpful YouTube videos

Heathrow’s channel on YouTube has fun how-to videos on all aspects of travelling - even what to eat to beat jetlag.

Heathrow Express Trains

The fastest way to and from central London is by train. The Heathrow Express takes just 15 minutes and with a train every 15 minutes you’ll be there in no time. This Easter they’re offering more than just free wifi – kids travel for free.
Book in advance and one child per adult can travel for free between 30th March and 15th April.

Driving here

Whatever direction you’re coming from, we’re easy to get to by car. Our app can give you directions and, to make things easier still, our terminals have postcodes to put straight into your Sat Nav.

Free trolleys

We’ve plenty of trolleys wherever and whenever you need them at Heathrow. When you get off the train, tube or bus, collect your luggage from the carousel or head to the car park.

And unlike some airports, ours are always free.

Family Lanes

We've lanes through security just for family groups. They’re even better equipped for you and your equipment, like pushchairs and baby milk.

More security staff
when there's more of you

The more passengers there are, the more security lanes we have open. And we’ve plenty of free bags for putting liquids in.

Need help?
Look out for our Journey Team

All across the airport you’ll find our purple-jacketed Journey Team staff. They’re experts on the airport and speak lots of languages.

Ask them for help whenever you need it.

Kids can meet Peter Rabbit

There’s loads for kids this Easter.
There are play areas in every terminal and Peter Rabbit will be here as part of his 110th anniversary.

See him in March (29th, 30th ) and April (1st, 4th -7th, 9th )
